The new Orco Property Group investment at 44 Złota street in Warsaw is a luxury high rise with 251 apartments and a wide range of additional services and facilities available to its occupants, including a 25 meter indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa, private party area, yoga room, fitness club and sun terrace. Zlota 44 was designed by Daniel Libeskind, the world-famous architect of Polish descent. Libeskind’s designs have gained recognition everywhere they have been implemented including the concept of rebuilding the centre of Manhattan in New York.
Zlota 44 will be the most luxurious apartment building in Poland, based on the current market of luxury real estate. It will be located in the very centre of the city and close to Golden Terraces shopping and service centre, Warsaw Financial Centre, Hotel Intercontinental and Rondo 1. The unique shape of the building will give Warsaw a new symbol and a new dimension to the skyline above the capital of Poland.
