"VitaParc" investment was planned as an estate with 4 multi-storey apartment houses including lifts and underground garages. In two construction stages, 227 apartments, approximately 30 sqm to 114 sqm, have now been completed, with a majority of them being
2-room apartments with 55 m2 of living area.
Our main focus was on the functionality of the apartments (functional layout, comfortable balconies, possibilities to install practical wardrobes or utility rooms), intelligent technologies and an aesthetically pleasing architectural design.
The first stage of development (112 apartments) began in December 2002, and the second (and last) stage (115 apartments) started in July 2003.
The "VitaParc" estate is walled and guarded for the security and privacy of the residents.
We offer our clients an exceptional living experience with special attention to architectual details including large sundecks and balconies.
The estate was designed by JEMS Architekci, a well-known firm of architects.
Each apartment owner has the right to use a specially designated parking space in the underground garage and the utility room.
