Tęczowy Park is a walled and guarded estate offering original architectural design including conservatories and lifts from the garage floor. Each apartment owner is alloted a designated parking space in the underground garage and a utility room.
The estate of 4 and 5 storey buildings was built in 4 stages, 2 buildings per stage. The apartments from stages I, II and III (186 apartments in total) have been sold and handed over to the new owners. We currently offer 1 - 4 room apartments ranging from 31 - 93 sqm.
Using only the highest quaility materials, the estate was designed by a team of architects from Studio B.A.U., supervised and managed by Marek Świerczyński.
Züblin, an international company located in Germany is the general contractor of the Tęczowy Park investment.
