Following the successful completion of the first phase, Slunečný vršek is entering its 2nd phase of construction.
This ambitious residential project is located in Prague 10-Hostivař which is a highly popular residential suburb of Prague for a number of reasons: in the vicinity, you will find the vast Hostivař forest park with its numerous cycling routes as well as the Hostivař lake that is ideal for summer swimming.
