Slunečný vršek is one of the most ambitious IPB Real's residential projects. The housing development will be situated in the vicinity of the Hostivař lake and large forest park with its numerous cycling routes, as well as close to the Park Hostivař entertainment and shopping centre.
Slunečný vršek is based on a unique concept which combines residential premises with plants decorating the facades of the buildings with a comprehensive range of accompanying services and amenities. Emphasis is placed on the natural setting of the project and on the creation of a selfcontained residential area for healthy life-style, high security and quality of life.
