Formerly railway station Bubny, in the centre of Prague, will be developed into urban mix project. The plot of size 27ha is located in Prague 7 between two metro exits Vltavská and Nádraží Holešovice. ORCO will create “city within a city” with offices, apartments, shopping mall, hotels and even hospital and university. The construction will take approximately 10 - 15 years.
