Business Park Rudná is a multi-use industrial park with 150,000 sqm of leasable area spread over 15 buildings. Thirteen of the buldings have been constructed as light manufacturing warehouses and the remaining two buildings were designed for administrative purposes.
The buildings can be flexibly adjusted or furnished according to the tenants´ requests. The park currently houses well-known companies such as Hewlett Packard, BT, Schenker and many more.
The logistics park has been developed by Orco, the Viterra Development division, for Heitman.
