Orco Property Investment is one of the pillars of the Orco Property Group for building an outstanding asset base throughout the Central European region. By establishing a strong position in these cities and by maintaining a wide variety of assets, Orco is able to cushion itself against cyclical market effects and take full advantage of market opportunities. Indicative of this strategy of opportunities and a desire for growth, Orco recently invested into the Berlin residential market. Orco also intends to continue its heavy investment into the residential markets of Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, using its great success in the Czech Republic as a model for development in these countries.
