SALES

The role of sales department is to provide the highest quality services to clients. All business activities across Orco portfolio are based on the individual basis and approach and are focused on building long term relations with target audience. With a reputation based on a long history of success, Orco now has ambitious plans for expansion, with more than 25 new projects in the pipeline and over 4,000 apartments and houses planned for sale.

RENTALS

In addition to sale, Orco rents luxury residential apartments for short and extended stays in its MaMaison program and also office building spaces. Orco provides the clients with an unique level and high quality of services.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

Orco asset management is based on an active investment portfolio diversification and long term assets and equity evaluation for shareholders and investors. Orco manages assets of approx. EUR 740 million and as a fast-growing group is based on strategic investments and an experienced team of over 800 enthusiastic people from 15 countries dedicated to its clients and partners.

FUND MANAGEMENT

Orco is also the manager of the Endurance fund dedicated to institutional investors. An experienced team of real estate professionals from Orco as sponsor manages the Fund which is structured in a tax efficient way and operated under strict governance rules with pre-defined rigorous investment procedures. The sponsor is bringing its skills and capabilities to the Fund in order to offer an uniquely attractive investment vehicle to investors in advantageous locations in the target markets targeting a 17,5% to 20% internal rate of return on equity (net of fees) with a strong risk control.
