Endurance Fund – a new acquisition in Poland
The Endurance Fund, managed by Orco Property Group, announces a new acquisition in Poland: the FIM Tower, one of the most prestigious office buildings in the centre of Warsaw. Sale of the property from FIM Spólka z o.o., the Italian corporation, took place on Friday 14th July 2006.
The 26 floor A-Class property offers 15,000 sqm of high quality office space, and is situated nearby other prestigious projects, such as Zlote Tarasy and the Hotel Marriott. The building is very well known in the capital’s business landscape, and boasts easy access to trams, buses, and the nearby Central Metro Station (5mins).
“We are delighted to have completed the purchase of one the highest profile buildings in Warsaw. We intend to refurbish and rebrand the building to offer a superior environment for existing and future tenants. With this in mind and the very positive occupier market in Warsaw, we are confident that we will attract tenants quickly,” states Jeff Alson, Regional Acquisitions Manager of Orco Property Group.
This is the Endurance Fund’s eighth purchase in the Central European region, after its acquisition of three office buildings and a shopping centre in Prague, two office buildings in Budapest at the end of 2005 and beginning of 2006, and an office building in the centre of Warsaw last month.
