Dividend Payment for financial year 2005
At the Annual General Meeting dated on April 27, 2006, shareholders of Orco Property Group were offered the opportunity to draw the 2005 dividend either in new shares either payment in cash.
At the end of the offer period, a majority of shareholders had opted for reinvestment their 2005 dividend in new shares. Indeed, on a total of 7,491,731 shares, 4,938,811 of the coupons were remunerated in shares and 2.552.920 coupons paid in cash.
The corporate capital is fixed at EUR 32,154,516.5 common shares representing 7,842,565 (ISIN LU 0122624777).
