Annual General Meeting of ORCO Germany S.A. decides alteration of the composition of the Board of Directors
Since the Annual General Meeting of ORCO Germany S.A. on April 18, 2008 Mr.Jean-François Ott resigned as a member of the Board; instead the Ott & Co. S.A. was appointed as the new member of the Board of Directors.

Furthermore, the Annual General Meeting of ORCO Germany S.A. appointed additional Directors of the Board of ORCO Germany S.A.:

· Mr. Ales Vobruba (Address: Přemyslovská 2845/43, 130 00 Praha 3, Tschechische Republik).
ORCO Germany S.A. is a real estate company and is registered in Luxembourg and that is listed in the Prime Standard on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
