The Group residential developments are aimed at the middle and upper market segments in Prague, Warsaw and Bratislava. Given the difficult market conditions in 2009 and 2010, the Group refocused its strategy on key projects such as Zlota 44 in Warsaw and Mostecka in Prague. 

Commercial Development

The commercial development portfolio consists of properties that the Company has developed or is developing across CEE region to keep and manage or sell. The ongoing projects encompasse the Bubny landplot in Prague 7.

Landbank

As of December 2012 - EUR Million

Landbank category includes zoned and unzoned sites on which the Group has full ownership. Those assets are to be developped in Commercial or Residential Developments.
