Following the successful completion of the first phase, Slunečný vršek is entering its 2nd phase of construction.
This ambitious residential project is located in Prague 10-Hostivař which is a highly popular residential suburb of Prague for a number of reasons: in the vicinity, you will find the vast Hostivař forest park with its numerous cycling routes as well as the Hostivař lake that is ideal for summer swimming. It is also close to the entertainment and shopping centre Park Hostivař and all infrastructure.
