The Multi-Use Residential Complex is in essence a new project, that will be erected near Yastrebovka village in the Kaluga Region, 170km from Moscow.
Multi-use complex in Kalujskiy region – is a regional project unlike anything else in Russia, which numerous residential and commercial sector properties will be located on the total territory of 40 hectares.
The complex will have the following zones:
• Residential - townhouses & low-rise buildings
• Hospitality complex – 3* hotel with total area of 14000 sq.m.
• Trading / retail & Entertainment center
• Social infrastructure objects with possible part of low-floor residential construction.
All infrastructure features are available not only to property owners, but also to residents of Kaluga and adjacent settlement areas.
One of the main values of the project is its ecological compatibility; the unique landscape and the adjacent forest will be preserved and a recreation zone will be organized in the public area.
Only environmentally friendly materials will be used in construction. The main idea of the project is to create a unique living space, where everything for comfort leaving and leisure time is carefully thought out.
