Budapest Bank Headquarters is located on Váci Street in Budapest’s 13th district, the most sought-after office location on the Pest side of the city. The building, constructed in 2001 on undeveloped land, was custom-built, providing 14,000 sqm of leasable space on nine levels including two tiers of underground parking.
Váci Street, strategically located, has undergone considerable revitalisation during the past few years and has attracted many corporations. The building’s excellent location is underlined by its close proximity to the Gyöngyösi station on the blue metro line and the Árpád Bridge which gives it quick access to the predominantly residential Buda side of the city. The building also enjoys a wonderful view of the beautiful Danube river with the green Buda hills on the horizon.
