How can I vote at the General Meeting to be held on the 26th April 2010?
Shareholders wishing to attend in person or to be represented at the General Meeting shall notify their intent at the latest by noon (12pm) CET on 22nd April, 2009, by sending an Attendance and Proxy form together with the relevant blocking certificate to the following person:

Attendance and Proxy form: the form is to be duly completed and signed by shareholders wishing to attend or to be represented at the General Meeting.

Blocking Certificate: any document evidencing ownership of the shares under applicable law. This document must indicate the shareholder’s name, the number of shares being blocked, the date starting on which such shares are blocked and the confirmation that such shares are blocked until the close of the General Meeting. The blocking certificate shall be issued by the bank, the professional securities’ depositary or the financial institution where the shares are on deposit.
