Project Description: 

Formerly railway station Bubny, in the centre of Prague, will be developed into an urban mix project.

The plot of size 25ha is located in Prague 7 in the center of the city between two metro exits Vltavská and Nádraží Holešovice.

ORCO will create a “city within the city” with offices, apartments, shopping mall, hotels and possibly an hospital and a university building.

The construction of the first buildings is due to start in 2014 and the all developement of more than 600,000 sqm  will be spread over the following 10 years.

In summer 2011, the development of the landplot crossed a significant milestone with the creation of the joint venture with Unibail-Rodamco for the conception of an anchor of 100,000 sqm of state of the art shopping mall on a plot of size 3.7ha.
