Office Leasing & Marketing Coordinator in Budapest

Overall job objective:

 

An Office Leasing and Marketing Coordinator position is sought by our client a known international real estate developer and asset manager based in Budapest.
The Coordinator is to support the Leasing & Marketing Manager’s daily work and assist the occupancy maximization of the company’s Budapest office portfolio.

 

The place of work is Budapest. The majority of the work and business materials - especially written - are in English. Occasional travel may be expected.

 

We seek someone who can start as soon as possible.

Result areas/detailed job:

 

  • Assist the process of searching and gaining new clients, following up leads, liaising with potential target groups
  • Liaise with and coordinate real estate agents, suppliers, third parties
  • Manage and follow up delegated projects
  • Assist in: reporting, preparations of marketing materials, coordination of leasing/marketing activity, contact management
  • Organize and conduct tenant viewings, meetings
  • File, report management, keeping database and presentations up to date
  • other ad-hoc, relevant tasks

Communication:

 

Internal:  within all departments, esp. with Leasing and Asset Management and Financial Team

External: Tenants, Prospective Clients / Business Partners, Real Estate Agents, Property and Facility Manager, External Suppliers

Key Performance Indicators:

 

  • Client focused approach (helpfulness, no complaints) – client satisfaction
  • Punctuality and quality of entrusted tasks

 

Requirements:

 

Education:          University/College Degree

Experience:       2-4 years of work experience

Experience gained at an  international company, preferably in the field of real estate

Experience in office leasing, sales or marketing preferred

 

Knowledge:       Knowledge / understanding of real estate market

Previous use of CRM tool are a clear plus

Knowledge of any additional languages, especially German/French is a plus

 

Personality/skills:

Mature personality

Results driven

Fluent, business level English, both oral and written - preferably native level

Sophisticated communication skills

Positive, proactive attitude with a creative, innovative, entrepreneurial mind

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Precise and punctual

Leasing Manager

Overall Job Objective :

To ensure maximum occupancy rate in ORCO buildings portfolio while achieving the highest profits. Active searching for tenants.

Result Areas/Detailed Job :

  • Managing of the leasing teams
  • Search for potential clients for leasing and identification of new opportunities
  • Negotiation with potential clients about the leasing contracts
  • Coordination of construction work together with Property Management department
  • Assistance while setting up the leasing strategy
  • Management of cooperating real estate agencies
  • Close communication with ORCO Property Managers, with Asset Manager and marketing team
  • Acquisitions and creation of contacts with new tenants

We are an European property developer and investor in Central Europe with more than 2 billion $ in assets. We have an opening position for a Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record. The position will be exclusively responsible for sales of Zlota 44 (www.zlotatower.com) project and its overall performance. The 55 story building has been designed by Daniel Libeskind, the world-famous architect of Polish origin. Zlota 44 is the most luxurious residential building in Poland and it is schedule for completion in 12 month. you  will be also responsible for:

  • Search for potential new clients
  • Negotiation with clients and closings
  • Cooperate with Marketing team and PR team on promoting the project
  • Monitoring the market. 
  • Cooperate with design and finishing team and property management team

The ideal candidate will have a relevant education and 5+ years of experience from Luxury residential sales and proven track record from working on similar projects ideally in big European or american cities cities. The candidate will interface directly with the Company’s managing partners, clients and outside consultants. 

The candidate should be strongly target oriented with hands on attitude, skilled with commercial property operations and luxury clients negotiations. The candidate must have strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) a good knowledge of CRM tools and must speak fluent English. 

The position will be based in Warsaw.
