Graduated of HEC Belgium and a third cycle in fiscal sciences. Mr Leroi joined Orco in January 2002 after 12 years of experience in the audit field with Deloitte, investments funds with Fortis and financial engineering with Credit Lyonnais. Mr Leroi is the Global CFO since 2005, heading the accounting, the consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, treasury and cash flow management of the Group with the help of teams spread over the different countries. In addition Mr Leroi is the General Secretary of the Company since 2005.
