Mr. Keith Lindsay has spent more than 21 years in the global real estate and hospitality business. At ORCO Property Group, his experiences are invaluable in driving the company forward towards long-term sustainable goals. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Lindsay is responsible for the full scope of OPG operations in all current and potential sectors. He holds direct responsibility for all revenue lines not related to projects under development, and all systems, administration and support functions.
Mr. Lindsay is also head of ORCO’s hospitality division, comprising MaMaison Hotels & Apartments (a collection of 11 high-end properties in cities throughout the CEE region), and Sunčani Hvar Hotels (a portfolio of 10 hotels on the Croatian island of Hvar). He is responsible for this portfolio’s management, growth and investment, whether owned directly or in partnership.
Mr. Lindsay joined ORCO Property Group from AIG Global Real Estate, where he negotiated a Joint Venture with ORCO among other investments as the Global Head of Hospitality Investments. Previously, he was COO of Envergure and Louvre Hotels, the 2nd biggest European chain of hotels. Mr. Lindsay has also held a number of roles in the Walt Disney Company, Intercontinental Hotels Group and Accor Hotels. He has an MBA from IESE, Barcelona.
