Arnaud first joined the Orco Property Group team in 2003 to manage the corporate finance department, with 18 years of experience on Stock Exchange markets, both as trader and as managing director.
Since his arrival, Arnaud has successfully managed a capital increase of EUR 17.6 million in November 2003, and convertible bond issues amounting to EUR 32.5 million in 2004. He also oversaw the listing of the Orco share on the Prague Stock Exchange. Mr Bricout has arranged a 2 step up equity program, a bond issue Prague , a bond issue with warrants attached and a convertible bond of M€150. With 50 road shows per year all over Europe and in the US, Arnaud Bribout met around 500 investors in 2006
Arnaud is a graduate of Financial Management. Arnaud, 42 years old , is married with two children, and speaks fluent French and English.
