Through on-going discussion, the Orco management is continually looking to implement sustainable development in all projects.
The Orco Property Group is committed to using local materials and expertise, and gladly embraces traditional crafts such as mosaics and the restoration of frescoes in their buildings. Such characteristic work significantly enhances Orco’s real estate and hotel assets.
The art work of European painters and sculptors acquired by Orco have several roles to play: they support artistic creation; they add that special touch to buildings and hotels, setting the Orco brand apart from other real estate operators; and ultimately, they show clients that Orco is happy to take the time and effort to create an agreeable and stimulating visual environment.
In Croatia, the Group supported the renovation of the historic theatre of Hvar.
In Bratislava 2005, just like in Prague 2004, Orco took part in the famous Cow Parade, thus supporting local artists and charitable activities.
Orco continues to work on behalf of children in need via charitable work in the Czech Republic and Poland, as well as collecting donations for the Children Refugees of the World Organisation
